8 strawberries
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
3 teaspoons of sugar (optional)
8 ice cubes (optional) but yummy
Do not use ice if your blender doesn't have the ice sigh it will break!
How to do it
Put your strawberries
And yogurt at the bottom do not put ice at bottom the blender it will find it hard to break down !
Once you've added your ice and crushed it down while blending if you can add your milk in add it in if you can't can mix well with spoon !
Finally sprinkle your sugar on top add a straw and your complete this is soo nice usually the smoothies people talk about have a bunch of different vegetables and fruit in and come out green and don't taste very nice this is tasty and healthy
Things you can add in
Kiwi Apple pear grapes orange and nuts on top of you want you can also add a few dabs of whipped cream for a little treat
